altered my plans on material to use for my mast raising lowering project
decided on using cls stud timber 63 x 38
added the winch onto it using m8 bolts x 3
then 4 eye bolts x m8
i replaced the 6mm steel wire with 4mm sk78 dynema and saved over a kilo in weight
this will act like another fixed mast and the mast be attached to the pulley winch
a forward dynema rope will go forward to the bow roller and cleated off the other 2 ropes will go to the side stays tensioned ,
